​Hans Tielmann is a licensed tree expert and founder of NJ Crane Expert, where he serves as the lead crane instructor for NCCER crane certification classes. With years of professional experience, Hans specializes in planning and executing tree removal projects in high-risk environments. He is a passionate educator, promoting safe practices and effective techniques for arborists by combining modern equipment with comprehensive strategies. His credentials include NCCER Craft Instructor, Mobile Crane Operator, Practical Examiner and Proctor, Subject Matter Expert, TCIA Accredited Trainer, ISA Member, Petzl Technical Partner, Licensed Tree Expert #670, Certified Tree Care Safety Professional, and EHAP Electrical Hazard and Prevention Qualified.

Matt coordinates and executes plans to meet the technical needs of the Greenius platform and develops turnkey solutions to drive product adoption. Prior to this, Matt served as Vice President of IT Development and Video Production at Greenius, managing technological operations and projects, optimizing processes, and overseeing production teams and external contractors. He has a strong background in software development, project management, and team leadership. Matt studied Graphic and Web Design, as well as Multimedia Web and Design, at Fanshawe College.

Ryan is qualified in tree risk assessment (TRAQ), electrical hazards awareness (EHAP), TCIA Tree Care Safety Professional (CTSP), ISA Certified Arborist, and earned the title of Tree Worker Climber Specialist. In addition to these accolades, Ryan was awarded Arborist of the Year in 2019 by the Utah Community Forest Council.
